Volunteers Needed for Harvest Hoedown!!
We need volunteers to run games and help out with other jobs. See Heather after church if you can help. Also, we need lots of candy for prizes! We’ll also need some EZup tents to provide shade. It’s a great way to reach out, but we need lots of help!
Blessing Basket Information: The Blessing Baskets will be given out on Sunday, Nov. 5. Along with items needed - canned goods, boxed items & toiletries, we need $25 gift cards from Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart, which needs to be turned into the church office by Nov. 1. Because we are running low on certain items, we are going to have:

Boston Butt Roast Sign Up: The Mission Team has their famous Boston Butt Roasts on sale beginning this Sunday, Oct. 15! The cost is $35. Sign up today after church in the courtyard, and you may call the church office, as well. The Boston Butt Roast will be available for pickup on Sunday, November 5, after church. The proceeds will go to the Youth for 2017 Ski Retreat.
Rummage Sale Coming!!: The UMW is having their annual Rummage Sale on Sat., Nov. 4. It’s time to start cleaning your closets, drawers, cabinets for those treasures you would like to donate for the sale. You can start bringing your items to the church beginning Monday, Oct. 16, to a 2nd Floor Classroom in the Education Building.

Griefshare Classes: GRIEFSHARE classes started on Wednesday, Sept. 20 at 6:30 PM in the Seekers room. Anyone can come anytime. Circle of Love Information: Our Circle of Love team will only have the Monday night meals once a month, the first Monday night of each month. They will continue to give out clothes, have hair cuts, and give out some groceries on this night. The Auburndale Bridge : The Wednesday morning Men's Breakfast Group is collecting donations for the residents of "The Bridge" here in Auburndale. The items needed are: personal toiletries items such as toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant, hand lotion, face cream, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, hairspray. And for their children who come visit them on the weekends, we are collecting coloring books, crayons, construction paper, colored pencils, markers, and any toys for small children. There is a box in the foyer for these items. You may bring them to church with you or drop them by the church office during regular working hours. Monetary donations are very welcome! Please help these families by bringing donations! Thank you!
Men's Bible Group: The Men’s Bible Group meets every Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m. at Café 92. All men are welcome for this time of sharing of Food and Word. You order and pay for your own breakfast from the menu. We discuss the Scripture readings of the day from the daily schedule. We pray, and you are on your way by 8:00 a.m. Men, come and join us!
